We have been placed on Standby for one or more of the following:
Members should ensure their vehicle is ready for responding
and keep a watching brief on news reports and communication from Central Ops
and your county coordinators.
Your vehicle is loaded with all necessary equipment, is fuelled up and personal
equipment is readied for immediate deployment.
Close watch is kept on telephone
for call outs.
Mobile phone is fully charged up and food and drinks readied
in case of sustained deployment.
Emergency in progress and volunteers actually deployed on active calls.
All
members should if possible make themselves available for call out if not yet
responding themselves on self deployment.
